I had the most amazing time capturing two-week old twins Dylan + Roslyn. I met this family two years ago for an outdoor session when they were still a small family of three and then captured Alisha’s maternity photos recently. They decided to do an in-home lifestyle session for their newborn twins because they loved the casual, natural style in this type of photos, and well, three under three. I marvel at their calmness and patience as they navigate these new waters as a family of five. Many times I told Alisha she’s my hero. Not only did she carry and bring these twin babies into the world, she did it all while nursing their toddler daughter and is now nursing all three. Hero status for sure.
Dylan and Roslyn although twins are so uniquely themselves. Mr Dylan has paler skin, a bit smaller and a more serious personality while Miss Roslyn has olive skin and an easy going personality. It was so much fun hanging out with them for the morning and capturing all the magic. We made sure to get photos of the family all together, the twins together, with each parent, the siblings together and the babies alone. They did so great and it was so wonderful to get to spend time with this family again at such a special moment in their life story.
