One of the things I love the most about being a photographer is meeting so many wonderful families. This family of three was no exception! They met me early one morning for a sunrise session on a day that happened to be quite chilly. In October the weather can be so unpredictable. Sometimes it’s sunny and warm and other days you are pulling out the winter coats and mittens. We’ve gotten so much rain this month that we decided to go for it! They bundled up their toddler girl and away we went. They were all such troopers. We had lots of layers and blankets to keep warm in between shots. Little Presley had so much excitement and energy, it seemed like she didn’t even notice the cold at all. One of the images below you can actually see her breath! But she was all stories and smiles for me that morning. She loved to play chase and give her mom and dad big hugs. It was a great session and I love their happy images. Despite the cold, their pictures are warm with love. It was great meeting you P Family. Here are some favourite images from our early morning!
