What a wonderful evening this was. I adore this family, having photographed both their children as newborns and I was very excited to see them again recently for an outdoor family session. Their baby boy just turned one and he wasn’t walking yet, but he loved to crawl and explore. We headed down to the lakefront one warm evening late this summer for their family photos. This particular spot is very special and meaningful to them because they often walk here together. I’m so glad the location worked so well for evening photos as the sun was setting. The included their Newfoundland dog in few of their family shots because after all dogs are a big part of the family! I’m happy to include the family dog into photo sessions as long as I get a head’s up so I can offer a few tips to make the evening less stressful and your images more successful.
