It was wonderful to see this family of four again this summer for updated portraits. I always ask each and every family which type of location they would prefer and they choose “open field with tall grass”. This was the perfect spot. Easy to drive to. Ample parking. Lots of places for the kids to roam. And… a playground not too far of a walk from where I love to take photos, which is great for afterwards. These images we taken in August where the trees and grass are all green. In late September and October this location gets amazing fall colours – check it out in this post.
