When mom contact me, their baby girl was already born. Thankfully I was able to find a spot for their family newborn session when their sweet girl was just over two weeks old. This happens often – either families don’t realize it’s best to book in advance, change their mind after baby is born and do wish to have photos done, or life just gets busy and they forget. 🙂 Please don’t be shy. Email and ask! I will always come up with an option for your photos. There’s lots of different ways and timeframes to can capture your baby, not just under two weeks! My blog proves that. We can get beautiful photos at any age.
Baby Z was an adorable little munchkin and cooperated really well, as did her 6 year old big brother. She loved to be swaddled so that’s how we did most of her photos. But we did manage to squeak in a few moments where she was ok being unwrapped and I love those pictures as well! Her images are very natural and simple.
