This studio session was a ton of fun. I photographed this girl’s big sister a few years back and the family loved their photos so much, they decided to come back with baby number two when she was the exact same age. Sitter sessions are a blast because typically baby is very happy and easy going. They give the most smiles at this age (6-7 months) because “stranger-danger” hasn’t yet set in. Sometimes when baby is closer to a year old, they become very shy and scared meeting new people and in new environments. Sitter milestone sessions avoid this and are super easy because baby is sitting but not yet crawling around. It makes my job a lot easier and for parents, it makes for a quick and smooth session. I have a full studio wardrobe for babies, so all parents have to do is show up with baby and we are good to go! Here’s some favourite images from this adorable and smiley girl’s session recently.
