I had an adorable baby girl newborn session recently. We waited for baby Sara for a long time. Mom and I met way back in September when she toured the studio and booked her newborn session with me. Their little girl was born at the beginning of January and we took her photos when she was 6-days old. This winter baby was the perfect model for my snowflake headband. I want to say the day of her session was a “snow day” but it was more like a rain day, nevertheless this new family of four and I spent the morning cozying up with baby Sara and had a wonderful time together. Big brother Luuk is just two years old and at that age we just kind of roll with big sibling’s willingness to pose with their new baby. We ended up with a super sweet shot of these two siblings together.
This little girl’s nursery is decorated in aquas and dusty rose colours as well as whites so we pulled those fabrics from my wardrobe. She was a dream to photograph – sleepy and sweet, opening her eyes just long enough for me to take a photo of her beautiful eyes. Congratulations B Family! Here are some favourite images!
