This adorable girl visited my Burlington studio recently along with her mom and two grandmothers to celebrate her first birthday! Her mama fell in love with my sweet and simple way of capturing babies and sent me a message earlier this year to get Phoebe’s session on my calendar. I loved this little one’s long hair that kept popping out of it’s ponytails and headbands no matter how much her family tried to contain it. Messy baby hair is one of my favourite things to photograph in first birthday sessions. I recommend not cutting their hair until after they turn one. Once that first haircut is done, babies immediately look older so be sure to keep it long and crazy for their baby pictures. Here are some favourites from Phoebe’s first birthday session!
