This little guy was so fun. He gave lots of expressions whether he was awake or asleep. I love all his little stretches, frowns and deep stares into my camera lens. He ended up with a big gallery full of diverse photos with his mom and dad. This is a great example of a simple and natural studio newborn session where the baby’s quirks and personality shows through. Often I like to let baby be, to stretch, to wake up and look around, just to see what they do. These images are very reflective of their personality and what makes baby unique. Sometimes it results in baby smiling, sometimes they frown at me, sometimes the cry to be picked up and held (and we do!) and other times they are just very serious and inquisitive.
