This session is so precious and I’m excited to finally be sharing these gorgeous images. I did this session in the springtime. I met this lovely family at their Milton, Ontario home and we had a great time capturing their second born – baby boy A. He slept through most of the session, which is usually to be expected when photographing a baby just 2 weeks old. Big sister was a doll and loved her new baby so much. You can see how giddy and kind she is in the photos. We used mom and dad’s bedroom for most of the session because it had the best setup for everyone. We lucked out with a nice warm day so we ventured outside near the end for some photos in their backyard and on the front porch. In spring and summer months when the weather is nice I love to get even just a couple family photos using the home’s exterior as a backdrop. I feel like whether the family lives in this house for just a short time or for decades and decades, these photos will have such meaning. After all, it’s your baby’s first home.
