It’s always so fun to be welcomed back into a family’s home to capture photos for their second newborn. It’s such a different vibe the second time around when an older toddler sibling is involved vs having just parents with one baby. Basically, I tell parents that the toddler runs the show and it sometimes can feel like the whole session revolves around the toddler. When they are feeling enthusiastic about participating I take full advantage of that because the mood of a toddler can change in a second. This little guy was a bit shy at first and preferred to watch and warm up to me before jumping in for photos. As you can see, he eventually came around and we ended up with a ton of adorable family photos. Baby girl A was an absolute doll at 3-weeks old.
