I love, love, loved this family session. Last time I saw this trio, their little boy was just a wee toddler and before that he was a newborn so it was fantastic to spend the evening with them outdoors exploring these local castle grounds. They are always so easy going and friendly, which makes for the best photos. When a family is relaxed and focuses on just loving each other and enjoying their company it makes for stunning and candid images like this set. They ended up with a HUGE gallery of images and I still have a big smile on my face. This is one of my favourite locations and one I recommend often. It’s easy to get to, has a big, free parking lot and gives families a ton of variety of backgrounds. There are tree-lined pathways, white walls with cream pillars, green shutters and doors, rustic stables, stonework and greenery and obviously the castle makes a stunning backdrop.
