Wintertime means all my sessions are now indoors because well it’s freezing and I much prefer to be warm indoors. As do my families I’m sure! But this means all the babies and newborns my hands can hold. I love getting to document these special moments of welcoming a new member into the family. Baby Isla was my first session back after our trip to Disney. She was a sweet as can be. At just shy of three weeks old she slept through almost her entire lifestyle newborn session. She loved to be swaddled. The only time she fussed was when I tried to unwrap her for some photos in her crib. I gotta capture those newborn froggy legs. They make my heart happy. So I kept her wrapped up all nice and cozy and she was happy as can be. Her parents were so nice and it was my pleasure getting to know this adorable family of three. Oh and we can’t forget about their two dogs. These puppies were so easy to include in a few photos because they just wanted to cuddle right up next to their mama and baby sister.
Isla’s parents couldn’t be more in love with her. I adore the images of teeny tiny Isla in her Daddy’s arms. She looks so small!!! Thanks for a wonderful newborn session, L Family. Here are a few images from their gallery.
