Elsie’s mom contacted me because she loves my simple, natural style of newborn photography and I was thrilled. This little one was 8-days old for her studio session and she was amazing! She slept the entire time and let me move her around gently as I wished. We took quite a few photos and at the end tried our hardest to wake her up for at least one awake image! We were almost ready to call the shoot thinking she’s just going to stay asleep when she opened her eyes and gave me the most beautiful eye contact, and then a yawn! It was absolutely perfect. We used some lace pieces, simple headbands and neutral wraps to style baby Elsie’s session. We captured her little details including her long fair blonde lashes.
