This family lives in a cozy and lovely Hamilton condo. Sometimes families reach out to me about a newborn session, but they are unsure if their home will work. Maybe they feel like it’s too small, not bright enough or not beautiful enough. I always reassure them that as long as there are some windows in your home and you are happy with your own decor, we’ll make beautiful images in yours pace. There’s something extra special about capturing a newborn inside their first home. It’s the space where you live and love on each other.
This couple had a small space, but condos are great for having BIG windows which let in a ton of light. We were able to create a good variety of images for their newborn gallery. We used their nicely decorated living room, their big comfy master bed and baby’s nursery (which by the way, had no windows, so I used my portable flash light). Baby girl L was awake for most of her session, which made for adorable portraits of her looking at the camera and interacting with her parents.
