Apparently these photos have been sitting in a folder waiting to be blogged for awhile now. This is a gorgeous outdoor newborn session I did for baby boy R and his family a few years back. I did a studio session for their first son when he was an older newborn at about 2 months old and I was thrilled when they contacted me as they were expecting their second. We decided to do an outdoor newborn session this time and it was lovely. We captured a big gallery of family photos outdoors one evening when baby R was 3 weeks old. We ventured out to this Oakville park with a creek running through it. It’s a fun place in the summer when the weather is warm, especially if there is an older sibling involved, because who doesn’t love to splash in a warm creek? Here are a few favourites from our time together. I’m looking forward to the outdoor newborn sessions I already have on the books for this summer.
