This session is so precious. It’s actually from 2 years ago and I’m just getting around to posting it. We had scheduled this family in for a newborn session upon the arrival of their second son, but ultimately decided to delay it a couple months until he was 2 months old. That brought us close to the Christmas season so mom asked if we could incorporate some Christmas photos into a portion of their session. There’s just something magical about babies and the holiday season. We started out with the holiday images in their big, bright and beautiful living room. They had the tree all decorated and perfectly placed by their big picture window – essential for good light! The boys had cute little Christmas outfits and we snapped a bunch of lovely photos for their Christmas card. Then we did some outfit changes and the rest of the session was focused on capturing older newborn photos of their 2 month old baby boy. It was such a great mix of photos and I loved seeing this family again.
