This gorgeous mama-to-be decided on capturing maternity portraits just recently and I’m soooo glad she did. Katrina + Charleston came into my studio on the weekend to document her first pregnancy at 36 weeks. They were so easy-going and we had a nice, relaxing time taking their photos. Katrina is such a trooper. She worked all day, then got dressed and ready, including putting some pretty hollywood curls in her hair before coming straight over for her session. Katrina requested a silhouette maternity shot and I love the one we captured! She also brought in a lovely maternity blouse that was her mother’s. Sentimental pieces like that are so special and meaningful. Katrina looks stunning and beautiful – I’m so happy that I was able to photograph her at this amazing stage before their baby arrives in a few short weeks. They will be coming back to the studio to take their newborn portraits in May and I can’t wait to meet their new baby! Here are a few favourites from our session.
