Gus’ dad messaged me to book a Pure Baby session for their family to get portraits done with their 3-month old son as a Mother’s Day present to his wife. How sweet is that?!? He was drawn to the simplicity and pureness of my images and thought that style would be the perfect way to capture their new baby boy. He said that Gus was so cute, he didn’t need any extra props or things in the image. Boy was he right about that! Little Gus was absolutely adorable. His serious face and big chubby cheeks had me swooning. This guy has grown so much since he was a newborn, he was a solid three month old. It was fun and interesting swaddling him up and getting some newborn-like images for their gallery. When Gus wasn’t gazing seriously into the camera, he had a big, charming grin on his face. I had such a wonderful time photographing this family and their baby boy. Here are some favourites from our session!
